This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all interior decorating and design services provided by The Closet Werks through our website TCWerksDesigns.com and is designed in compliance with U.S. federal and Pennsylvania state consumer protection laws.
All service fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as electronic payments such as PayPal. A deposit or full payment may be required before services commence, depending on the project scope. Confirmation of payment will be sent via email once your transaction is successfully processed.
We are committed to delivering exceptional interior decorating and design services. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
Services that have been fully rendered, custom-designed plans, or purchased materials are generally non-refundable. This includes finalized design packages, installation services, and custom furnishings.
Clients may request to reschedule services by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and a new confirmation email will be sent once rescheduled.
